Agile Delivery Manager

As the Agile Delivery Lead, you are the strategic “right hand” to the Engineering Manager. You will move beyond standard Scrum ceremonies to act as a data storyteller and silo-breaker, driving predictable software delivery across three engineering teams. You bridge the gap between US Product and Lithuanian Development to ensure clear priorities and accountability.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic EM Partnership: Shield teams from distractions, manage resource planning, and ensure high-pulse alignment on critical business priorities.
• Silo Breaking & Change: Facilitate cross-team transparency, manage dependencies/conflicts, and introduce new habits (OKRs, syncs) with minimal process fatigue.
• Data Storytelling: Use delivery metrics (lead time, predictability) to explain bottlenecks to leadership and optimize team flow via data visualization.
• Accountability & Ownership: Align team outputs with commercial outcomes; foster a culture of ownership regarding sprint goals and retrospective actions.
• Delivery Ownership: Partner with Product Owners to own release timelines, proactively resolve impediments, and provide root-cause analysis of delays.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven background in a delivery-focused role (Delivery Manager, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile PM).
• Technical Fluency: Ability to navigate high-level architecture and dependencies to manage technical blockers.
• Diplomacy: Expert negotiator capable of resolving competing priorities between cross-functional teams.
• Jira Power User: Advanced skills in workflow management and performance reporting.
• Overlap: Must be available for ~2-4 hours of daily collaboration with North American stakeholders.

• Commercial Awareness: Understanding the revenue impact of engineering delays.
• Advanced Scaling: Experience with Value Stream Mapping or scaled frameworks (LeSS, Nexus).
